Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions contained in the Customer Charter and Delivery Policy below shall apply to any purchase/order placed by the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between the parties (including without limitation the Customer's Sales/Purchase Order) the terms and conditions in the Customer Charter and Delivery Policy prevail.
No variation of the terms and conditions of the Customer Charter and Delivery Policy shall be applicable to any such purchase/order unless expressly accepted in writing by FarEastFlora.com.
Alcohol-related item
If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks and/or any other age-restricted items, which may not be delivery to a minor, kindly ensure a person 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to receive the delivery of the item(s). FarEastFlora.com reserves the right to not deliver any age-restricted product(s) to anyone who is, or appears to be under, the age of 18 years old, and to charge the Customer an additional re-delivery fee of $10.70, subjected to availability of drivers. FarEastFlora.com also reserves the right to refuse to deliver any alcohol to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. You agree that if any applicable legal requirements for the delivery of item(s) are not met, FarEastFlora.com reserves the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.

Each FarEastFlora.com arrangement is designed and delivered by our professional delivery officers. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition.
